Pre-Licensing Course The 5 Hour Pre-Licensing Course is required in order to schedule a NYS DMV Road Test Online or In-person classes available Course fee: $40/ student NYS DMV approved course. With completion of this course you will receive the MV-278 required to schedule a NYS DMV Road Test.
